Ratburn is my 2nd favorite Arthur character.
I almost wanna stick him in my closet. My closet of obsessive fandom. He might bump Snape to second on my favorite slimy git of a teacher list.

Ratburn is sorta effiminate... the characters in Arthur are very developed for a PBS cartoon. And he's a sort of... sinuous character I guess. Yeah, that's a good word for him. And the hardest thing about this picture was getting his ass right. He took the most buttwork ever. It was a real drag. I don't feel I did him justice really. But at least I did it.
